30 Minute Workout at Home

I like finding ideas for a workout routine at home, you can't always get to the gym, life sometimes gets in the way. Weather it be you can't afford the gym, maybe you can't get there because of work or kids. This way you know you are getting in some kind of exercise during the day. Most of this workout anyone can do even if your just starting out. If you are just starting out, try only doing one set of each, then add another set in each day until your doing all the workouts 5 times. The last two (I can't even do yet) but I am going to get there!

Ready????

Jumping Jacks:

Do the jumping jacks for 30 seconds.

Plank:

Hold that plank for 30 seconds.

High Knee Running in Place:

Keep running in place with those knees high for 30 seconds!

Push-Ups with Rotation:

You will do (the ones you can) 5 sets of 30 seconds, start with the jumping jacks and end with the side planks. Repeat starting at the top again. Give yourself about a 10 second break (water break) between each different item. When your all done with the first workout, give yourself about a minute break before you begin again. Make sure you stay hydrated!
