Did you know?

There may be some things you didn't know about the blog? I try to put up posts that are always healthy, I try to make sure I research workouts and routines to better help you weather it be getting started, new routines or just to help motivated you. Which leads me into the "quote of the day" I try to make sure I find a quote that fits with life in general and getting motivated to get fit and healthy.

I also try to throw in something that is highly searched on the internet which is DIY & Savings. I can't tell you how many times I look for deals online and when I am getting ready to go to the store and my Pinterest, I have so many different boards just for DIY alone.

At the end of the night I always try to give everyone a laugh, that way weather you have had a bad day, or something is wrong or maybe your feeling great I can hopefully put a smile on your face! Every once in a while I throw in something special, I throw in a very personal post, which you can always find under "Dear Diary". Those posts are not based off of anyone or anything other than myself and my life. You will not find that on 90% of your blogs out there.

One last thing you may know about the blog, you can "Follow by Email" all you have to do is enter your email address which is under "The About Me" and you will receive an email only once a day it will have all the new posts from the previous day!

Maybe some of you readers don't know this but the blog also has it's own Facebook page! Which looks like this:

You can head over and like the Facebook page by clicking here.

Following on Facebook makes sure you are keeping up to date on any posts from the blog and any other items I may put up, it is also a place to talk. You can talk about your workouts, your day, you can comment on posts, let me know that you liked it. You can suggest recipes, workouts, DIY & more for me to put up on the blog and share!

Another important thing that you may not know about the Facebook page is....to make sure you are always seeing my posts you need to like one or more every now and then, or comment or else you will stop seeing my posts in your newsfeed!

I try to always space out posts so I am not clouding your newsfeed, I do the blog and the Facebook page, because I want to help others, I want to reach out to others, I want it to become a community and I know with your help I can! So don't be shy on the page, or even on the blog you can comment on posts!

My last "Did you know" you can share my Facebook page or Blog with others, do you have a friend or family member that you think will like the page/blog, share it with them, the more there the more of a community it will become, and everyone is welcome!!!!

Thanks for being on this journey with me!
