As you have already noticed this post is NOT a workout post but it does have to do with working out. I don't know about you but working out is always easier when I am jamming with myself. All you need is an iPod, mp3 player or a smart phone. I have my playlist mostly with upbeat music but I have some slower songs too, not many though more just for starting out or stretching. I did a screen shot of my workout playlist to share with you, its my favorite playlist that I have, I love it so much I use it around the house to during the day because it keeps me pumped and motivated no matter what I am doing.
