Ingredients:
1c water
1/2c distilled white vinegar
1/4c sugar
1T ground black pepper
4 cucumbers
6 tomatoes
2 onions.
Directions:
Mix liquid ingredients along with the pepper, mix good. Slice your veggies thinly and add to the liquid mixture.
Let sit for 2 hours in fridge or till the next day before eating.
The recipe that I have claims only 6 servings, I know there is more than that. So based on the 6 servings it gave a calorie intake of 156 per serving.
