All you need is a basketball a small funnel, cat litter and a Bicycle tube repair kit! I got a
40 cent basketball from the thrift store and put a small cut with a razor knife, just big enough for your funnel to fill the ball with cat litter. Seal the small hole with a Bicycle tube repair kit and put a little air in it now you have a perfect cheap medicine ball!
