I had a request for some rice recipes, so since we
did side week I decided to put up 2 different rice recipes.
This is the last side dish of the week. This recipe serves 6-8.
Ingredients:
2T butter
3T cajun seasoning
1 14oz can diced tomatoes with juice
3/4c diced celery
3/4c diced small green onions
3/4 cup diced onion
3/4c diced red bell pepper
2c raw white rice
3 1/2c water
Easiest directions ever:
Saute veggies in butter over medium heat until soft.
Add all the other ingredients and stir well, bring to a boil
and reduce the heat and cover. Cook on low heat for 25 minutes.
