I have talked about Barre workouts before, I don't believe I have posted a lot about them though. I am now dedicated to losing
this weight I have gained more than ever and then
maintaining a healthy weight. I used to love ballet and
Barre incorporates that along with pilates and yoga.
I plan on doing workouts from home along with going to the gym.
There are barre routines on YouTube but I also
googled the top Barre app.
