DIY Exfoliating Foot Soak

I get dry cracked feet, I really get it bad in the winter.

During the spring and summer I go get pedicures,

I don't see the point during the winter because I always

have socks on. I still need to take care of my feet

though, so I do it at home.

What you need:

3 fresh lemons

3c vinegar

3c epsom salt

pumice stone

sugar scrub

How to do your saok:

Fill a large bowl with warm to hot water; something

big enough to fit both your feet and a towel to place under the bowl.

Add the vinegar and lemon juice. Use the insides of the lemon

peels to gently clean toes and feet. Before adding the salt

to the water rub some into your feet using a circular motion.

Soak your feet for 10-15 minutes, then use a pumice stone

to take the dry skin off. Take some sugar scrub and rub

it into your feet. Let it set on your feet for 5 minutes.

Pop your feet in the water just to rinse the sugar scrub

off and then dry your feet. You can also coat your feet

in a good thick lotion and then put socks on.
