Cleanse Your Body in 1 Day

It is always good to do a body cleanse from time to time,
I have done the OTC stuff and it doesn't agree with me,
some of the shakes and other suggestions aren't my
cup of tea either. This is not your typical body cleanse.
This is actually something you could do every day!
Depending on what your goals are for losing weight.
I plan on doing IF, I will do this cleanse on day 1 of
me going back to the gym and doing IF the rest of the week.
I will do the cleanse once a month. There are other cleanses
out there, but this one will help do a reset and give you a
little push to do better. This 1 day body cleanse is from a Dr.

There are 5 things you need to do for your day of cleanse...

Start your day off with cold lemon water. The pectin from
the lemon aids in digestion, making lemon a phenomenal
detoxifying food. Water with lemon also helps curb
your appetite and boosts satiety.

De-bloat with breakfast; it will benefit your metabolism
after a night of sleep. Do not do anything with bread.
Make sure it is a protein meal, so eggs or a fruit protein shake.

This is where you start to clean up your diet. On this day
you want to eat your breakfast, a healthy lunch, healthy
dinner and one healthy snack. Load up on veggies and protein.

Afternoon tea; pick a green tea that you like, it helps
improve digestion, helps hydrate you, it is good for
your metabolism and it's an antioxidant.

Get moving; do at least a 30 minute workout, it doesn't
have to be anything fancy, it will help increase the blood flow
and it will help your body flush out toxins on it's own.

Apple Ginger Fizz for Fall

The kids deserve a special drink for the fall besides apple cider. This is a great fall mocktail with a beautiful flavor combination. Not just for the kiddos. This makes 1 drink What  you'll need: 3 oz still apple cider 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice 6 mint leaves 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar Pinch powdered cinnamon 3 oz ginger ale Create: Place apple cider, lime juice, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar and a few ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. If you don't have a shaker, anything with a tight lid will work, such as a mason jar or drink bottle. Clap the mint together in your hands to release the scent, and add to the shaker. Shake for about 20-30 seconds until ingredients are combined. Pour into an ice filled glass and top with ginger ale. Stir gently, garnish with mint, dried citrus or a cinnamon stick, and serve.
