This is a ginger bath, great for a detox and something
simple to put together. The benefits; ginger baths boost
detoxification and immunity by raising the body's
temperature and encouraging sweating.
What you need:
1/2c freshly grated ginger
What to do:
Fill your tub with the warmest water you can stand.
Once the tub is filled, pour the ginger, use your hand to
mix it into your water. Soak for 20 minutes and then rinse
in the shower with cool water and do a pat dry with
your towel when finished.
