Honey Sriracha Chicken

Okay let's try this asian themed week again.
Today I have found a recipe that I just fell in love with!
I love honey and I love sriracha! This recipe serves
4 so adjust if need be.

What you'll need:
3/4c diced chicken breast
1/3c corn starch
1c water
2-3T sriracha
5T soy sauce
1T minced garlic
1/4c sugar
2-3T honey
2T corn starch
2T cold water
optional crushed red pepper flakes
cooked rice

In a medium saucepan, combine the 1c of water, sriracha,
soy sauce, garlic, sugar and honey and stir.
Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat.

Whisk together the 2T cornstarch and remaining
2T of water until dissolved. Add to the saucepan and
stir until thickened. Reduce heat to low.

Add diced chicken and 1/3c corn starch to a large plastic bag.
Seal the bag and shake to coat the chicken.
Drizzle a large pan or skillet with oil over medium heat.
Add the chicken and saute until brown and chicken is cooked through.

Add the sauce and stir to coat, sprinkle with red
pepper flakes and serve over rice.
