It wasn’t until about 3 years ago that I finally tried
asparagus, I had no clue what I was missing out on.
Ever since I tried it, I make it at least once a week.
What you need:
Asparagus
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Grated parmesan cheese
Evoo
Make it:
Preheat the oven to 410 degrees.
Trim the hard ends off of the asparagus, line it up
on a cookie sheet, drizzle evoo over it, sprinkle the salt,
pepper, garlic powder and cheese over it.
Cook for 13 minutes, once you pull it out of the oven give
it another shake of the parmesan cheese.
