I
am going to be looking for short workouts for some that can't get in
a long workout. Someone requested them and it is a great idea because
you can do this short workout or you can add it to a routine.
You
are going to start with the first exercise listed, complete the
number of reps, then rest 15 seconds. You will then repeat this
pattern for 3 minutes. Rest 30 seconds and do the same for the second
and third exercises. After resting for 30 seconds, finish with the
fourth exercise.
Plyometric
Jump Squat 15 Reps with your rests. Do these for 3 minutes
Mountain
Climber 15 Reps with your rests. Do these for 3 minutes
Legs
Down 15 Reps with your rests. Do these for 3 minutes.
Your
almost done....
Rotating
Plank (hold regular plank, side plank on your left, regular plank
again then side plank on your right. All for 45 second. Do 3 Reps
You
are now all done!
