I
have the blog broken down into categories, when you first come to the
blog you will see the most recent post on the front page. You can
click on the pages or on the tabs to your right.
You
can also follow the blog by email. It will email you once a day all
the new blog posts that have been put up so you never miss one. I
will tell you if you do this, you will get more than just a few on
some days and none on others. I have been trying to keep the blog
ahead so I am not sitting on the computer every day posting.
I
only put up 1 blog post per category on my Facebook Group.
I
started the blog to share my weight-loss journey but I wanted it to
be more. That is why there are different topics. I hope you enjoy!
