I
would like this to be a week challenge for you. Today is 5/29/2020 so
it would end on 6/5/2020.
If
you haven't done a burpee before it can be a little challenging to
get the ryhythm down at first. I have a hard time doing them because
of my knees but I try and do them as much as I can.
This
challenge is going to be simple. I want you to start today, do as
many as you can. The next day try to do more than the first day, so
on so forth.
Post
your amount in the group, get people motivated and challenge each
other.
In
addition you can also add these to your normal workout. There are so
many separate challenges and workout posts that I have put together
that you could make a killer home workout from.
