Dollar General Deal Saturday May 23rd

It is hard to do extreme couponing now a days since everyone has cracked down on the way they take coupons. So I will only bring you certain deals every week. This one is good for Saturday only and it's only good at Dollar General.

Pringles $1.50 each buy 2 get 1 free = $3 for 3

General Mills Cereal $3 each, buy 1 get 1 free = $3 for 2

Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce $2 each, get 1 free when you buy 2 = $2 for 2

Pepsi 12 packs 3 for $11 - $2 e coupon = 3 for $9

Tide (certain ones) $4.95 - $2 e coupon = $2.95

Downy or Bounce (certain ones) $4.50 - $1 e coupon = $3.50

As of right now your total is $23.45, there is a $5 e coupon when you spend $25 which is only good on Saturday. So what you want to do is get your total as close to $25 as you can. I picked the best deals shown on their add. You could buy for example 2 candy bars which will run you probably a total of $2 for both. Your new total would be $25.45 - the $5 coupon you will spend $20.45 which is a savings of $16.50.

It's really easy to use the e coupons. Download the DG App. Clip your coupons, at the store enter in your phone number. Just make sure they all come off, sometimes the machine doesn't take them all off and you have to show you clipped them and they will adjust your total price.

This amount I gave you is only for what I have marked down as your mock grocery list, it is the best deals they have. You can always get what you want and just use the $5 off $25 coupon. I just wanted to bring you the best savings possible.

Apple Ginger Fizz for Fall

The kids deserve a special drink for the fall besides apple cider. This is a great fall mocktail with a beautiful flavor combination. Not just for the kiddos. This makes 1 drink What  you'll need: 3 oz still apple cider 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice 6 mint leaves 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar Pinch powdered cinnamon 3 oz ginger ale Create: Place apple cider, lime juice, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar and a few ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. If you don't have a shaker, anything with a tight lid will work, such as a mason jar or drink bottle. Clap the mint together in your hands to release the scent, and add to the shaker. Shake for about 20-30 seconds until ingredients are combined. Pour into an ice filled glass and top with ginger ale. Stir gently, garnish with mint, dried citrus or a cinnamon stick, and serve.
