I
know what you are thinking, this should be a DIY post, nope it's not
we are using this as a workout post. People have made them for years
however they are really popular right now because of covid-19. Now
you don't have to make your own weights but right now it is hard to
find store bought ones and if you can they have marked the prices up.
So this is perfect if you need weights to be working out at home
while the gyms are closed or just because you don't have a membership
anyways. The post that I have are for plates, you can do a lot of
workouts with plates without even having a bar. There is also ways to
make dumbbells, they have a lot of videos on YouTube for plates and
dumbbells.
I

liked, I don't want to re-post in my own words because I don't want
