Cajun Garlic Butter Shrimp

My last recipe was a seafood recipe, I figured I would keep that flowing with my favorite spices and that is Cajun and garlic!

This recipe is pretty fast and it serves 4. What you'll need:
5T of butter
3 Garlic cloves, minced
2lbs jumbo shrimp, peeled
1/2T dried oregano
1/4tsp of cayenne pepper
1/2tsp of celery salt
1/2tsp of mustard powder
1-2 drops Zatarain's shrimp & crab boil
1-2T of coconut flour
3T evoo

How to prepare:
Heat a large frying pan to medium and add the butter. When it melts add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.

Add the shrimp until the shrimps are coated with butter. Mix the oregano, cayenne, celery salt, mustard and crab boil.

Cook for about 5 minutes until shrimp is orange. Turn the heat off.

Sprinkle coconut flour a little at a time until you reach your desired thickness and texture.

Toss in the olive oil and serve, would be good over rice or pasta.
