I
love bacon, it's not the best you can eat but it also depends on what
kind of “diet” you're doing. Now when I say “diet” I don't
mean that in the traditional form. I mean Mediterranean, keto etc.
The
other day I made breakfast for dinner, now I like mine a little under
cooked, I like the fat taste and not crispy. It wasn't overcooked, it
wasn't under cooked it was actually just right. Why did I cook in the
oven? I didn't feel like messing with the grease splatter.
It's
pretty simple. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, grab some cookie sheets
with sides. Place your bacon on the cookie sheet, set your alarm for
15 minutes, it should be close to being ready, it depends on how
thick your bacon is, keep checking it every few minutes until its
done.
That's
it, can't get any easier!
