Sun dried Tomato Pesto Shrimp and Pasta

One of my favorites, I will make it using shrimp or chicken. It is so easy to make, very tasty and filling!

What you'll need:

2 bags frozen medium shrimp

1 jar sun dried tomatoes

2 medium onions

1 large jar of classico pesto sauce

1 box of bow tie noodles

How to make it:

Cut your onions and saute them over medium high heat, while your onions are cooking start taking the tales off of the shrimp & get your water ready for the noodles. Once the onions are soft put your shrimp in the pan and stir around till cooked, add the sun dried tomatoes and mix well to get the oils onto your shrimp.

Cook your noodles once the water starts to boil, I cook mine for 10 minutes. Drain your pasta and mix in the shrimp and veggies, pour the pesto over everything and stir well.

You can even take some fresh spinach and mix it in with your shrimp and veggies when the pasta is almost ready and cook until wilted.

Now sit down and enjoy.
