Have you ever done pilates? I really haven't, I have done more yoga. Pilates is great for anyone, man, woman, child, elderly. You can modify just about any pose to fit your needs.
Pilates works your core, the main emphasis is oncore strength. It is also good for you posture. It can increase your engergy! In addition it improves the mind/body connection and improves balance and coordiation.
