title should say it all...lol... you can use any ground meat that you
would like.
This
recipe serves 6
What
you will need:
2lbs
ground meat
1/2c
chili powder
1tsp
garlic powder
1/2tsp
oregano
1/2tsp
cumin
1tsp
paprika
1tsp
onion powder
1tsp
salt
1tsp
red cayenne pepper
1
8oz can tomato sauce
2c
water
1T
masa
1/4c
warm water
How
you want to cook it:
In
a large deep skillet over medium high heat brown your meat, stirring
frequently, until cooked through. Drain off any excess grease.
Add
the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin and
paprika. Mix well then add the tomato sauce and water. Stir to
combine.
Cover
the skillet and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for at least 30
minutes, stirring occasionally.
Combine
the masa and warm water until smooth. Stir the masa into the chili,
let the chili cook for 15-20 minutes.
Add
any desired toppings.
