good for you body but it is good for your brain.
Sleep...
Adequate sleep is crucial for daily function, on average you need 7-9
hours of sleep. Lack of sleep can cause you to become anxious and
tense which adds to your stress.
Mediation...
Studies are showing this is one of the best ways to deal with stress.
It is described as bringing your attention to the external and
internal experiences happening in the present moment.
Time
Management.... Be productive, if you are keeping busy your mind is
also busy, we don't have time to dwell on our problems.
Lastly;
Natural Remedies; If you don't feel like it's bad enough to seek
medical attention then don't. Ancient Greeks used chamomile tea which
is proven to help. There are now essential oils that you can use on
your body or through a diffuser. Also Vitamin D, B12, Magnesium and
St. Johns Wort can help. If you decide to use any of those please
check if there could be a reaction with your prescription medicine!
I
have anxiety and I am bipolar. I know a lot and have done a lot of
