Oh My Honey!





I love honey, I eat a teaspoon of it a day, it is so good for you on so many levels. If you don't know what all honey can do for you I am about to tell you!

Honey + Cinnamon cures:
allergies
supports diabetes
improves acne
relieves cold and flu
improves digestion
energy boost
UTI elimination
gingivitis remedy

Just mix 2c hot water, 1T raw honey and 2tsp of cinnamon

Honey can help you sleep, what?
Consume 2tsp of honey before going to sleep

Sinus issues?
Mix 2T of apple cider vinegar and 1T of honey into water

Got a toothache?
Mix 1tsp of cinnamon & 1T of honey, put directly on your tooth and around the gum of your tooth.

Got a cold?
Grab a glass of hot water and 1T of lemon juice and 1T of honey.

You can use honey to help weight loss; say what?
Get a glass of water; cold to room temperature, mix with 1/2tsp of cinnamon and 1tsp of honey.

Use honey to detox;
get 1 cup of herbal tea (any flavor) and mix 2tsp of honey

Sooth your sore throat;
Get one glass of warm water and add 1tsp of lemon juice and 2tsp of honey


Got a cough?
Mix together 4tsp of lemon juice and 8tsp of honey, drink when needed.

Acne problems?
You can use straight honey on your face like a face mask, or you can mix 2T of honey to 1tsp of cinnamon, make a paste and directly apply to your pimple.

Chicken Meatballs with Quinoa & Curried Cauliflower (high calories)

Alright my dear friends, we have some in the group who are needing to maintain or gain some weight, so this week is going to be high calorie meals. I will have (high calories) posted in the title of the recipe. This recipe serves 1 so you will need to adjust depending on how many people will be eating it. There is 697 calories, 44g carbs & 72g of protein.
