Lets face it, we always don't think about our core, we use weights do our cardio and think we are done.
Because of that I have found a 7 day core challenge, it does start off high so if you need to modify it and raise your reps each day that is fine, you're at least doing it.
Also keep in mind I have posted a bunch of at home workouts, with what I have posted so far, you could mix and match workouts to make an awesome 30-60 minute workout.

30 crunches
30 reverse crunches
30 bicycles
30 leg raises
30 second plank
