1 Simple Wrist Exercise



If you have wrist pain especially associated with carpal tunnel, there is one simple exercise you can do to help strenthen your wrist.

To start the exercise, sit in a chair with your forearm resting on a table. Hang your wrist and hand over the edge of the table. Hold a two or three pound dumbell in your hand with your palm facing down. Slowly lift your hand so the back of your hand moves towards the ceiling. Do 10-15 times each wrist. Try doing twice a day.
