I can't say that this is a healthy recipe, but it tastes amazing if you love lemons! I make it for Easter and every once in a while in the summer. It is so easy to make! The picture I found tops it a bit different than I do, I normally cut the rind and make curls and lay them on top and then zest some of the rind on top as well.
What you'll need:
2 9" graham cracker crust
1/2c lemon juice
2c whipped cream (I let mine thaw out before I make it)
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
Stir your lemon juice and condensed milk together and then fold the whipped cream into it, pour into crust and let it sit in the fridge for 3 hours.
You don't have to make it look pretty that is up to you
