Mini Meatloaves

Mini Meatloaves, is a family favorite in this house and thats because you can make different kinds. I do a bbq one and a taco one.

This recipe serves 6

For either one you will need:

A cupcake pan
1lb ground beef
1 box of stove top
1c water
1tsp garlic

Now if you are doing the bbq one you will want bbq sauce and italian seasoning.

If you are doing the mexican one you will need taco seasoning, shredded cheese and salsa

Either one you pick (or you can do both at the same time in different pans)

You will mix all ingredients together except the cheese for the mexican ones,

Italian ones: mix everything together including bbq sauce.

Mexican; mix everything together except cheese.

Heat your oven to 375, use a cooking oil spray to spray the muffin pan. Fill each hole with your meat mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until they reach 160 degrees.

Top the italian bbq ones off with a drizzle of bbq sauce and cook 5 more minutes.

The mexican ones sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cook for 5 more minutes,

DIY Tangled Inspired Paper Lanterns

I am trying to pick some of the Disney movies a lot of kids love, for the week ahead. I love Tangled, I think the way they did it was great! I was always a huge Beauty & the Beast fan and while that will forever be my all time favorite the newer Disney movies are just awesome with the animation and the songs. I found this DIY and knew I had to blog it that way when she is older we can make them together. Here's what you'll need: construction paper toilet paper rolls scissors glue crayons Create: First, put construction paper around the toilet paper roll. Measure the construction paper and cut it to fit to size. It doesn't have to be perfect. On some of the rolls you can decide to add extra decorations. Like the Rapunzel sun and swirls before you glue it on to the toilet paper roll. Remember this ...
