Lemons and Rosemary go together so well, especially in the spring and summer. I do it in my essential oil diffuser but it's also good to use the real source from time to time. Here is a great recipe to use right on your stovetop.
What you need....
2 quarts of water
1 lemon sliced
2 fresh rosemary sprigs
1 1/2tsp vanilla extract
optional; 2 cinnamon sticks
All you have to do is add everything to your saucepan, place the pan under medium to high heat until it begins to boil. Then reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer. Make sure you add more water to it as it evaporates.
