I will be posting 5 different workouts over the next 5 days. You can stick to doing each one on different days or incorporating them into a daily workout by picking and choosing and making your own.

Monday:
35 jumping jack
10 butt kicks
5 push-ups
25 crunches
10 sit-ups
20 squats
15 lunges
15 second plank
25 second wall sit
