Depending on what your body type is at the moment you may not get the "typical ballerina body" however the exercises are great no matter where you are in your journey.
1. Calf Raises
2. Demi Plies in Second Position (I took ballet so I know what this is, if you don't; you guessed it, google)
3. Floor Barre (this one will take a while if you are not limber)
4. Rotating Plank
5. Arabesque
6. Resistance Band Workouts
7. Swimming (but you didn't guess that one)
8. Any workout to music
