Turkey Bacon Double Cheeseburger with Fire-Roasted Tomato Sauce



These are one of my favorite burgers to make! Very tasty and filling! This recipe serves 4

What you need:
8 slices of bacon
2 1/2lbs ground turkey
2 green onions finely chopped
1T chipotle chiili powder
1 1/2tsp paprika
2tsp zest of lime and juice of 2 limes
1 red onion chopped
1T worcestershire sauce
2T brown sugar
1 can fire-roasted tomatoes (15oz can)
2 full tablespoons grainy mustard
8 slices pepper jack cheese
4 english muffins (lightly toasted)

Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp, while the bacon is cooking combine ground turkey, green onions, paprika, salt, pepper, lime zest and lime juice. Mix the turkey with seasonings and form four sections, then from each section make 2 patties. Start cooking your burgers.

While the first set of burgers are cooking in your pan. Grab a saucepan add a tablespoon of evoo and cook onions until they are soft, add worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, tomatoes and mustard. Let the sauce cook on low.

Once the burgers are done top with pepper jack cheese and tomato sauce and use the english muffins as a bun.

Autumn Oak Leaf Cocktail

  It is the season of falling leaves, cooler weather, pumpkin spice everything and caramel apples, so why not make an autumn oak leaf cocktail. Recipe from Gordon Ramsay himself. DIY Peppermint Candle Holders

I can tell you right now this is going to be the centerpiece on my kitchen table this Christmas! Sooo cute!!!      Materials: choice of clear glass vases choice of candles epsom salt round peppermint candies   Instructions: Clean your glass vases and let dry. Pour a layer of epsom salt in the bottom of the vase about half way to the top. Place a layer of round peppermint candies stopping about an inch from the top. Put the candles centered in the vase, slightly embed the candle base in the peppermints.
