This is a 30 day program to strengthen your core and build up endurance. The goal is by your 30th day you are holding your plank for 5 minutes.
Each day of the challenge you need to gradually increase the amount of time you hold your plank. By day 12 of the challenge you should be able to hold it for 2 minutes.
