I
like cooking with ground turkey I think it holds the seasoning better
than ground beef, it's also normally cheaper, oh and did I mention I
love greek food?!
What
you'll need:
2lbs
ground turkey
1
1/2c fresh bread crumbs
1
½ cups chopped baby spinach
1/2c
light greek dressing
5oz
crumbled feta cheese
¼
large onion finely chopped
1
egg
salt
& pepper to taste
You
can grill or pan fry, I like my burgers grilled
Combine
turkey, bread crumbs, spinach, dressing, feta, onion, egg, salt &
pepper together in a bowl and form into patties.
Cook
burgers until they are no longer pink and the center should read 165
degrees
You
can top with anything else you would like, me personally I only use
tomatoes on this.
