Bang Bang Shrimp




This recipe tastes amazing, you'll fall in love with it especially if you like shrimp!

What you'll need:
1/2c veggie oil
1c buttermilk
3*4c all purpose flour
1/2c cornstarch
1 large egg
1T hot sauch
kosher salt & pepper to taste
1c panko
1/2tsp onion powder
1/2t of garlic powder (I use more because I love garlic)
1/2t dried basil
1/2tsp dried oregano
1lb medium  shrimp

For the sauce:
1/4c mayo
2T sweet chili sauce
1T honey
1tsp rice vinegar

Directions:
To make the sauce, whisk togther mayo, chili sauce, honey and vinegar in a small bowl and set aside.

Heat veggie oil in a large skillet over medium heat. In a large bowl whisk together buttermilk, flower, cornstarch, egg, hot sauce, salt and pepper. set aside

In a large bowl combine panko, onio, garlic, basil, oregano and salt and pepper; set aside

Working one at a time, dip shrimp into buttermilk mixture, then dredge in panko mixture making sure you coat it.

Working in batches add shrimp to the skillet and cook until golden and crispy, about 2 miutes,

Serve immediately, drizzled with sweet chili sauce.

Diced Italian Chicken

  Diced Italian Chicken   Ingredients   3lb boneless, skinless chicken breast 1/4c Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing 1 bag of baby spinach 2 onions 1 jar of sundried tomatoes   Directions   Chop your chicken into little chunks and throw in a skillet, you do not need oil because your chicken is wet enough, cook over medium to high heat.   While your chicken is cooking start chopping your spinach, chop your onions and drain the oil off of the sundried tomatoes. Once the chicken is no longer pink add the balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Once the dressing is seared on add all your veggies and cook over low to medium heat for about 10 minutes. 

DIY Tangled Inspired Paper Lanterns

  I am trying to pick some of the Disney movies a lot of kids love, for the week ahead. I love Tangled, I think the way they did it was great! I was always a huge Beauty & the Beast fan and while that will forever be my all time favorite the newer Disney movies are just awesome with the animation and the songs.
