It
is not always easy to figure out different workouts to do at home. It
is not always easy to motivate yourself to workout at home!
I
have been trying to do my best, on nice days I walk however I have
tendinitis and sometimes after a really good walk I feel it for days
on end! I got a workout video that I am getting ready to try out. I
also have bands that I am going to do exercises with.
I
have a lot of joint and muscle pain that I have to fight through and
there are a lot of workouts that I can't do but I do try to modify
them. Now with all that rambling over with, I know I have posted
several different workouts you can do from home but now I am posting
the BIG ONE.... 28- day at home workout challenge..... are you ready?
