The only bad workout, is the one that didn't happen!
To go further into that quote I am not sure what DAY we are in quarantine but I know a lot of people are struggling with getting workouts in and still eating good. DON'T beat yourself up, every day is a new day; heck every minute is a new chance to put that food down that you really don't need or to get up and go for a walk. You can still DO THIS, even if it doesn't feel like it!
